Saaremaine Honey is a reflection of the islands rich flora. Bees gather nectar from a rich selection of plant species on Saaremaa and the coast of West-Estonia, where the nature is similar. Nectar from willows, alder buckthorns, hazels, maples, raspberries, dandelions, white clovers, Melilotus L., common heathers and others can all be gathered to one beehive, resulting in a unique mixed honey. This abundance comes out in the taste and also the smell of Saaremaine Honey – it is truly rich and diverse.

Hany is a high quality pure honey with a smooth velvety texture. The nectars from various plant species (willow, maple, berries, dandelion, white nettle, apple tree, rowan tree, alder buckthorn, pink and white clover, Viper’s Bugloss, wild thyme, globe thistles, basswood and others) give the honey an original deep flavour.
